Tampon help?

I've never used tampons b4 and i want to try them. Idk how long to keep it in tho. I hafta change a reg. absorbancy pad about every 2-2and a half hours. I have reg. ab. tampons and it says the absorbancy range is 6-9 grams. idk wat that means. help. also how do i dispose of the tampon, my mom doesnt want me flushing them down, should i put it in a little plastic dixie cup and throw it in the garbage can? plz help cuz im a little nervous

Ok so my sun sign is Gemini, that and my Vesta and Ceres are in Gemini. But I have a lot of Scorpio in me. My rising, Jupiter, and Pluto are in Scorpio. So does that give me a lot of Scorpio influences? I'm occasionally getting odd pain, someone please help?

Every now and then I get pain that starts in my groin and goes up to my chest. This pain lasts anywhere from 30 minutes to over an hour. I'm not doing anything in particular when it happens, I can be just sitting when it starts. My wife and I are ually active enough, so I know it isn't being ually pent up. It isn't the vasectomy, because this has been happening since before I had the operation. My last physical my doctor didn't mention that anything was wrong with my prostate. Anyone have an idea what's going on?
