Can you tell the gender of a baby leopard gecko/what do you think of this name?

i just got a baby leopard gecko. can i tell if its a boy or girl yet? i know how to but i want to know if its too young to tell or not. and also i was thinking about naming s/he "keiko" (kE-ko). is this a cute name? thanks :)
