I'm occasionally getting odd pain, someone please help?

Every now and then I get pain that starts in my groin and goes up to my chest. This pain lasts anywhere from 30 minutes to over an hour. I'm not doing anything in particular when it happens, I can be just sitting when it starts. My wife and I are ually active enough, so I know it isn't being ually pent up. It isn't the vasectomy, because this has been happening since before I had the operation. My last physical my doctor didn't mention that anything was wrong with my prostate. Anyone have an idea what's going on?
