Florida used to have an active herpetological society. They might be of some help, if you can ignore the idiots who raise the venomous snakes without proper knowlege or safeguards. At the least, you would be able to learn what the market is like for your excess. They might also recommend housing. Personally, I'm not fond of anything with more than a square inch or two of mesh; snakes rub their snouts raw on it. I've always built my own snake cages.
