How old do you have to be to buy things from Spencers?

i'm not sure if the same rules apply in tennessee but i work at spencers in illinois and there is no age limit on buying anything except lighter fluid or items containing lighter fluid, they may refuse to sell it to you but you can argue it because they have no right to tell you no since there is no policy saying your age limits you.
