What to do next??? can someone help me please?

so i know this girl. we never really "met" but we have talked a few times during work. im a lifeguard at the town pool. (its a pool complex with tons of lifeguards, shes one too) i was on break at the end of my shift and her shift was coming up and i was talking with her and a mutual friend for about 5-10 minutes before the shifts changed. she seems like a really cool and chill person. not to mention shes pretty damn good looking too. shes a sopre at my school and im a junior. she was pretty flirty with me, and she laughed hysterically at almost everything i said, which im sure is a good sign. she made a ton of eye contact as well, and was involved in the conversation. she also sortof made a reach to touch me (physical contact) like she was laughing so hard and she kinda leaned over and reached out as if she was going to touch me, but she didnt. idk i cant explain. anyways, i think i might make a move for her over the summer, i ume we will have a good amount of shifts/breaks to talk and stuff. but i dont really know what to do. soooo.... what do i do? im really good at getting girls to like me as friends and some actually have liked me as more than friends, but i dont really know how to take it to the next level, and almost all girls wait for the boy to make the move. theres also another girl thats in my grade at another school in the district that i also talked with a good amount. i mean i know its too soon to declare that "i like this girl" but im interested in getting some action/experience this summer and maybe a little summer relationship thingy and these are my prospects hahaha. whatever, im not gonna rush things, im just curious, bored, and looking for some advice.
